Just stop by Cajalco Temescal Storage and by far they are amazing. Frank helped me out with all of my concerns. 100 recommend this place.

Made appointment for Monday 5/11/2020, and was greeted by Kawika. Kawika was very respectful and give his full attention in getting our storage assigned to us. The service was outstanding and the property was clean and presentable. It's also convenient that Springfield Marriott Hotel is adjacent to the property.

Thanks Damien for exercising excellent customer service. Thank you for mentioning the specials, I moved in 2 days later. The location and units are very clean. Staff is always professional!

Nice facility, best prices around for a larger storage unit, drive up with nice wide lanes and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Super happy with this place.

It's a secure place & staff is great worthy of 5 star , the 3 rating is because they will tickle up rate increases every qtr or so, plan on not staying long

I am a long time customer for many years. I have gone up and down on sizes and number of units rented. I like the convenient location, right off the freeway in southeast Corona. I needed to move to a slightly smaller unit but nothing was available. I thought I was going to have to move to another storage facility. However, Damian contacted me when a unit was coming available and I was able to transfer my units within my time constraints. Very pleased with the service. Thank you Damian. Unit 923.

The people that run the place are very nice. I have got locked in there twice and there were nice about it. Good place to rent a storage. I though that at this time of need people are helping people. My storage was due May 1st.you have 10 days before late fees. I called and asked if they could help they said no. I told them that I had not received anything funds, my last check was the second week of March. So I asked if I could drop it off the follwing day May 10th I told her why, she said they would me closed and I would get charged the late fee.I had 15mins to go borrow money and drop it off so they would not change me late the late fees. I was in Ontario almost had a accident.

I think the place is clean. The prices are a bit high, but the bothersome part is they have so many cars blocking the first row. It is hard to maneuver down the at row if anyone is there.

Phenomenal customer service at the Arlington location. The customer service really Falicia was 4 to 5 stars. but I need access later....say till 8?

Decently safe, kept most of a houses worth of items here for about 9 month's with no issues. Prices were better then most as well.
