Super easy to set up with a really friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend!!!

I have used SecurCare Self Storage facility on US-17 in Orange Park twice and have been very pleased with the facility's cleanliness and accessability. The young lady in the office, Lori, is very friendly, too.

Would definitely recommend this company. Great people to work with on any storage needs.

Extremely friendly service. This place is great. Just be careful that the internet prices quoted DO NOT INCLUDE their required Insurance. A bit of a surprise for us.

Everything is very good. The renting of the storage unit was very easy and handled very professional.

We could not get access to our storage lockers (2 ea.) on Sunday August 5th, 2018. This is completely unacceptable and caused us to have to make another roundtrip the next day. Please note that I had to wait for confirmation on the following Monday the door was open, but had to wait until after 10am when the office opens to confirm on the phone. We tried calling the 888 number but kept getting dropped out of the hold line too! Your facility is nice, but its hard to use on the weekends! Your access to staff during that time is terrible.

Easy To Work With. On-line reservation process was easy to complete. The website is built with the end-user in mind. Prices are some of the best near Fleming Island. Customer service did a wonderful job calling ahead of time to ensure all of the information was correct prior to my arriving at the facility. Staff were inviting and helpful during the check-in process. I would encourage the patronage of this facility.

STAFF WAS NICE AND WAS ABLE TO GET STORAGE SAME DAY

I rented space in this storage unit 14 years ago....it is so much better run now! I love the fact that they check the locks every day for security.

Mrs. Lori King (no relation) and her team are top notch! The office was orderly and even smelled like it had been recently cleaned (important to me). I could not have asked for higher customer care -- I will most definitely refer friends, family and co-workers to this facility. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I really like the company so far. I've only had my storage unit a little over a week. My only issue was the advertisement on the website say "one month" free and that isn't always the case. If there's one unit in that size left it's not free for a month. They should keep the website updated.

Professional yet friendly staff and a well maintained facility with reasonable rates is an understatement. My unit is a climate controlled unit. The units are clean, well lit and secure. There are moving carts available to help move things from vehicle to unit and vice versus

The service was outstanding and they cared about what I was dealing with and showed empathy for my situation. I was in and out within a very short time. They went as far as to make sure the code worked on the gate and that I understood how to work it. Great attention to detail. Caring and very nice!!

Great facility with wonderful staff! Had reservations about the safety of being able to bring things to facility alone, being that I’m a woman. The cameras throughout the facility make me feel very safe and knowing that there is staff on site 24/7 is wonderful.

Great response with questions and easy rental experience. Only complaint is that I was given no detail to where the unit was physically located nor how the best way to get to it was. No numbers on outside doors leading to the inside units. I was hesitating as to if I had written the unit number incorrectly.

They were so kind when my house flooded and needed to move ASAP. They went above and beyond just renting me a space, they gave us drinks and sincere sympathy. Hard to find that now a days. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Was not told Internet Special 5x5 was only 3 feet high. Had get larger unit. Had to fill out the same info given on the phone plus more. Building for our unit was not marked.

The Manager was extremely helpful, I was able to get the unit I wanted climate controlled near a door for easier moving. I'm extremely happy with the service I received! Thank you for making it so easy and convenient!!

Easy enough to rent....but the mandatory insurance is not good.. Lucky for me I had an insurance policy that would cover my "stuff", otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

Mrs. Self, one of the co-managers of Secure Care ( Mr. Self, her husband, is the other co-manager), provides exceptional customer service. I've rented from this business before when it was Extra Space and the Selfs have always been friendly and courteous. They're the reason I rent storage space from this location.

Very nice storage facility. It is an older one; a bit worn around the edges, but clean and there were no climate control issues. However, the best feature was the staff; very friendly, helpful and responsive. If the need arose, we would definitely store with them again.

Local management sold the fact that they were on site and available for any issues when we renter two units. After two of three months they raised the rents on both units. I called into the office to understand reason for increase and left message for management to call me. Never got a reply. Second issue, one day we could not get access into units, gate was not opening. Tried calling local management, no answer, called the 800 line... hold, hold, hold absolutely no help and could not contact local management to open door. There were 6 other people lined up outside trying to gain access, we all had to leave. About three weeks later I received an (email) apology indicating that they had recently changed gate maintenance personnel and were having issues with their service. No free days for your trouble, just pointed the finger at someone else. Third issue... On the day I closed out one of my units, I was on the property and driving to the front office and tried calling to see if office was still open on Saturday, again no answer so I assumed the office was closed. As I drove through the gate I glanced over the see what were the hours of operation and the office was open. I parked the truck and trailer walked back to the office and asked why my call was not answered yet again. She explained she must have been busy showing units or writing contracts. During my 2 minute drive I never saw anyone being shown units nor did I see someone pulling away from the front office. There is a trend here and when I pressed local management why they never answer the phone that's when she looked down and could see my missed call from 2 minutes before. She boasted that she has a 95% occupancy rate as if to indicate she was on the job. I also mentioned the gate problem and she said you can just push the gate open next time. Wow, guess that defeats the purpose of having a gate in the first place. If you must have a storage unit and cannot find one elsewhere, then use this place. They did keep the place well lighted and clean.

If you're in need of a storage unit I would highly recommend this place. The staff is courteous and the facilities are well maintained. The prices are reasonable as well.

This place was amazing from the beginning when I had to find a place quick to put my belongings. They cared about what was going on with me and made every effort to help in any way they could. During my one year stay, I had no issues with anything. Now that I have found a place to live and will be moving out of the storage location, the contract ending process could not have been any easier! If I every need a place to store anything in this area, I will FOR SURE return to Secure Care! Thank you for being an amazing customer friendly place!!

Rented 3 units for a nonprofit organization. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All 3 units were exceptionally clean. Facility and units are easy to access with carts available to help move items. Our was a big move that took place over several days, and every time we went there, we were offered water and snacks. Very pleased, so far!

After having a super stressful day, with snail paced movers, Laurie could see the distressed look on my face, when the storage unit that I rented, was too small to fit all of my belongings. She immediately found me another unit large enough to contain everything that I had, which was a huge relief, and she didn't even charge me extra! Busy from the move, my best friend and I hadn't eaten anything all day, and were both shaky from exertion of energy, heat and stress...she brought us crackers and bottles of water. We couldn't have felt more welcomed while we were here! Jimmy was wonderful too! He even brought me tissues as I began having a breakdown. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone in need! You will not be disappointed!

I've had units there for almost a year now and have been very pleased with the service and support. Jason works outside to maintain the units and property and has helped me with my unit recently. Chris works in the office and is amazing, she's friendly and a lot of fun to deal with. The new management here is awesome....I highly recommend the facility for their professionalism and support.

I had an excellent experience. The husband and wife team there are definitely veterans of the business and that results in an ease of doing business that is rather seamless. Also, the entire team I spoke with from the beginning of the week to the weekend when I actually rented my space, was personable and accommodating. You honestly cannot ask for anything else. The facilities are up to date, secure, clean, and sign up online is easy! They definitely have my recommendation to anyone!

What an awesome service! Hot Saturday and I was offered a cold bottle of water, and the place clean even though there was construction going on. Jimmy was professional and a wonderful help!!!

Wow, This place is 100 % clean, well lit, all storage is on video coverage from the Managers office. This is really a good safe place to put your individual storage. They have almost 1000 storage units, access is coded. You will like the people who manage this business, they are nice and the kind of people you would want to help run your business. I recommend this place for your future storage needs.

I had the most pleasant experience renting a storage unit from this facility. Jimmy Mann was absolutely wonderful! I got exactly what I needed and he made the process quick and easy! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing a storage unit!
