Good experience getting all checked in. It was easy to get in and out of the property. The people were thorough and helpful.

I really like SecurCare storage center. Their hours are great and I can go in on the weekends to store things. It's very convenient - no steps or ramps or anything. Also, it's code protected both in and out so I'm sure my stuff will be fine over the summer. I really like that it's climate controlled and it's pretty affordable considering it's in College Station where so many students store things for the summer.

Beverley was very helpful and treated us like family in our initial rental of three (3) climate controlled storage units (10’x15’). This lady is a tremendous asset for you company.

I would give 5 stars but they lied to me... When I looked them up online to check prices... I saw $83 a month for the storage unit I want. Plus the first month was supposed to be free. But instead I get charged for the first month AND it was over $120.

So far my experience with SecureCare Self Storage has been good. There were a few small issues, but the employees in the office took care of them right away, and made me a happy customer.

I was able to set things up over the phone with ease. When I went to the location, the final steps, to get set up, were quick and efficient.

I called to book a storage unit. I spoke with someone in customer service, since the office was closed. Looking back, I wish I had waited until I could go in person, so I could have more of a choice of which unit I rented. When I have gone to the office, the staff is very friendly, but on Saturdays, they are very busy and not always on the property during office hours. When it has rung to the customer service reps, I often have to hold a long time to speak with someone. I received different information over the phone than I did in person about my contract date. I'm in the process of trying to resolve this. The location is very convenient for me.

This is my 2nd year using this storage facility... They were very helpful on the phone. It's a great option for college students. I tell all my friends with college students away from home to consider using a storage facility. What sense does it make to bring everything home just to turn around and take it back in a couple of months. It's worth the expense!!

Thank you for contacting me quickly after this post. I appreciate that you have made things right by allowing us to use the truck and promising 1 month of free rent. We rented 2 storage units 3 weeks ago from the Longmire Dr location in College Station. Cheris assisted us and offered us either 1 free use of the box truck(though we paid for 2 units) at a time of our choosing or half off of our storage units. We, stupidly chose the truck and said that we would contact them in a week or so when we knew exactly what day we wanted the truck (my fiance and I have very conflicting schedules making this a difficult task). Cheris said that would be perfectly fine. That week, she began calling my fiance (a secondary number on the account) multiple times telling him that the truck was waiting for him - he felt overwhelmed by the number of calls and finally told her that we would do our best to come get the truck late on Saturday and return it early on Sunday; we were told this was acceptable. Then Cheris called my mother's phone - another alternative number on the account, asking the same questions. She then moved on to calling my phone (the primary phone number) - she left me a voice mail with a panicked tone about me messing up the paperwork and not signing the lease in all the necessary locations (which SHE failed to highlight). On Saturday, we called to get the box truck, and we were informed that it had been checked out. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal we went to uhaul and spent just under $100 using one of their box trucks. We returned the truck with items still needing to be moved since my fiance had to work and we assumed we could still use the boxtruck for our large items when it was returned. The following Saturday, we saw the box truck parked in the lot and went in to ask to borrow it. The manager, who failed to mention her name, informed me that I could only take the truck the day we moved in! WHAT? we gave up half a months rent on 2 units to use this truck, already spent $100 on a uhaul once, and were now being told that we would not EVER be getting the box truck we were promised which would cause us yet another weekend without moving and an additional $100 uhaul fee ( a total of about $300 in unnecessary fees and an entire month of wasted storage unit/fees). The manager promised she would have Irene Pickett, the supervisor, contact us that day and refund half of our first months rent (the very least that they could do). We have yet to hear from them to "make it right" and would never ever use this facility or recommend it to anyone again.

Reasonable prices IT SEEMS... but then when you are done and empty your unit it doesn't matter that you just paid a full month's rent on that unit a few days before there is no prorated refund! You pay for the full month no matter when you move out! When we questioned this the manager said "that's how we do it". And that was that! It felt like we have your money and we aren't giving any of it back! It doesn't matter what is right or fair. We win because "that's how we do it." I would suggest finding somwhere else. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have a problem with the facility itself just this insane policy when we left. We have used several other storage facilities and we have never had this issue. The last month has always been prorated like the first month.

Really helpful people at the desk. The units are nice and tall. The prices are good!

Good rates and will work with you

Made a reservation online a few minutes before I walked in, and got the advertised rate with 1st month free. Also one of the best prices for the size of the unit I needed. Contacts are month to month. Would definitely recommend SecurCare.

I've had the best experience ever. I had 2 cars parked at location And I was kept updated when the car covers were blown off the cars. Just look for Amanda Crow the general manager. I was given the best deal in the whole College Station area.
