Professional, courteous, and helpful. This facility serves as my warehouse. It is spacious, clean, and has tall ceilings, which is perfect for my business needs. I especially like being able to pull my vehicle inside to load and unload products. This provides an added measure of safety at night. Security here is top notch. Today I met Melissa who was a joy to work with. I also appreciate Tom for always going above and beyond for me. You will not regret coming here. Thank you!

I have to retract my first review. It was made in haste & I wasn't having a good day. Never write a review when you are mad, tired and hot & sweaty from moving Plus I did go back several months later and I did rent a unit. The office clerk did remember me & probably thought "good grief NOT this angry & hateful woman again" BUT, He kept his cool groovy composure even though I came in close to closing time again and was rushing around. I have been using the SecurCare Self Storage facility at 32nd & Yale for about a year and a half. Actually I’ve rented 3 of their units. Tom is the capable manager of that location. Tom helped me with all the units I have. It’s a good location and well maintained. The SecurCare company takes good care of their properties which is important to me. And the company also takes security and safety seriously. I believe the Company should be happy they have a fella like Tom to manage this property. He’s helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I felt comfortable with my stuff at a place that Tom is managing. I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience with Tom and this SecurCare facility. For anyone needing a places to store their items, I do recommend SecurCare. I’ve been very satisfied.

Steven helped me on Saturday 4/16/17 and he was professional and quick and very courteous. He took the time to show me the unit to make sure it was the right size even if it meant that I'd need a smaller one...which i didn't but he didn't over sell me. He also made sure my gate code worked and good thing too because it didn't so he fixed it right away to avoid problems when i came to unload our rental truck later.
