I've had storage units here since 2011 when I my commercial build on 15th was set on fire by arson. I've had up to 5 units at a time that I worked out of. I'm finally down to 1 unit. I probably could have bought the place for what I've spent on rent. I've been through good managers and great managers, Joseph was very helpful, Jeremy was great for customer service. I'll stop there. Lol Some who even called me BEFORE I had to pay a late fee. My only complaint I have would be the price hikes over the latter years. Heather seams to have the right attitude and knowledge to be a Great manager. Good luck and Thanks Heather!

Employees are fantastic with the whole experience I recently lost my husband and my home. I bought the wrong lock and it didn't fit at all. The man that helped me at my storage in Tulsa was very professional and knew his job, and was able to save the day. Great place, very friendly, and experienced staff.

Jeremy is super friendly and helpful. There were no cost surprises (I've been to a lot of storage units where this is not the case.) He was honest and upfront with cost and insurance. My storage unit was clean and exactly what I payed for. No surprises (which again, has not always been the case at other storage units.) Definitely come here if you need to store anything.

Extremely professional. Very clean lot. Csn tell that this place is well maintained. The guy in the office was awsome! I was there to veiw a couple units to rent and he was exemplary with his service. I will be returning here. I believe his name was Jeremy. Whatever they are paying this guy they need to double it!

It's a small place but it looks clean and secure

I stored my stuff here for about a year and a half. During this time, I had to switch units a couple of times for various reasons. The manager, Jeremy was always so helpful and patient with me. I never had any problems while my stuff was being stored there. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Easy no hassle storage place.

I was running late to get my storage unit and the gentleman at the front desk waited patiently for me. He was very helpful helping my find the right size & it was on special 1st month free. After storing some of my items I found that it was possibly too small but it all fit just like he said it would. I made my reservation online at another site of theirs and he transfered all with no issues, a great experience considering the stress of moving. I highly recommend SecurCare Self Storage & will always use them in the future.

Management very helpful, unit clean... And without signs of rodents.

The only complaint I had was the manager told me if somehow we did get locked in because the gates automatically lock at 10, to call the 877 number on the door. We tried that number several times, another 877 number... Basically every number I had called or found for SecureCare online and didn't get an answer. My bf had to slide under the fence and my cousin had to climb the fence and leave the truck parked there over night. A good number should be posted... But all in all, the manager Jeremy was a great guy, very helpful and honored the 1st month free I found online.

The manager of this storage location was amazing!!! Help my mother in law like a champ. We moved her here from outta state with a 27ft moving Truck(almost a dang semi). Anyway we had no trouble getting into the place....turning that beast down the aisle to where the storage locker was.....was IMPOSSIBLE!!! The manager was so helpful! He got my m-inlaw a storage locker right in the main entry "road"! He was AWESOME!!! Great place!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! You will be treated with respect, honesty and integrity!

The location was great, and the price was affordable. Had personnal reasons for not being able to stay. Found another unit with same company, different address. Had a little more room with the same rate.

Not easy to get into.

Access is easy, prices are very good, no bugs and the manager was very friendly and competent. She even called me when I was out of state to remind me that my rent had not been received and took care of it by phone; I thought that was awesome! My only beef is the mandatory insurance, never had to pay that anywhere before, only $9 but still something to consider when pricing units.

I was able to keep my stuff there for how long I wanted, and management was friendly, but there was no service or anything deserving of more than 4 stars. They provided just what I needed and nothing more.
