After reserving a storage unit and paying for it, I found out I no longer needed it. I went into the office at the Newnan location and the gentleman there took care of the cancellation and refund. Very happy with my experience.

I’m now renting a unit for the second time. My first experience was favorable and familiar so for me, it was easy to go back. I’m renting a unit half the size of my previous one so if my organizational skills are on point, it should be sufficient. I really like the access hours and the fact that the property is fenced and gated. My only wish is that the basic units had a timed light inside.

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices .clean facility and your stuff is not damaged

This is a clean facility, in a very convenient location. Our only complaint is that after a year of automatic rental deductions their system dropped our credit card info without us noticing. Instead of calling to let us know the bill had not been paid, they let it lapse for a month and a day then cut our very expensive lock and put their lock on it and then called us. We had to come in catch the payments up and buy another very expensive lock. A simple phone call could have avoided the entire uncomfortable situation.

Helpful and nice employees. My only complaint would be no lights inside the storage unit... **Edit** a new complaint, my monthly fee went up by $6 without warning.. Their explanation, inflation... Wow 😮 **edit** I've had this unit for 3 years and my rate has gone up over $20 in that time. It doesn't seem like wages are increasing that much. I wonder how inflation can.

Reserving the unit was fast and painless. The unit could use some upgrade or completion.

I just wanted to give a review about the experience I had with Securcare Storage. I would have to say that going in and reserving my storage unit was very easy. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions without a rush. I highly recommend this company.

I like the ease of reserving online and then someone calling shortly after to confirm. That way you're not left wondering if and how valid your reservation is. Pleasant phone manners and a helpful attitude. I like that.

We pay our bill and never have any problems

The reason why I gave 3 stars is the security gate had been broken since last year...Newnan Ga. Our rent went up last yr and we are paying more and not getting the security that we were promised in our contracts. I do not understand why it has not been fixed. It stays open all the time.

It's not a bad storage facility I'd give it five stars except you can only turn right into it and left out of it. They should consider asking the city to open up the median to allow easier access in and out of it.

Very straight forward with prices. The young lady there is friendly and easy to work with. My only issue is that they do not keep the gate closed at all times making it less secure than other storage facilities.

This seemed like a nice place. I've never needed a storage unit before so this was my 1st experience . security was Pretty good as far as I could tell. The reason I give it 3 stars was because on one occasion I had to speak with 1 of the employees and it seemed like she had serious trouble communicating policy. I was frustrated for the rest of the day after speaking with her.

Very well run and easy to deal with. I changed sizes easily as we whittled down the things we'd stored. They were always supremely easy to deal with & we'd go back to them in a heartbeat if we need a storage place again. They are THE BEST!

If you come to this property during normal business hours and they are not in the office, it is because they are out on the property inspecting in, cleaning it and keeping it as great as can be! Please be patient with these managers as most of them work alone and juggle it all by themselves.
