Our buildings at SecurCare on South Broad Street may not be historic, but they are new, with all steel construction. The property is fully fenced, with electronic gate access and 24-hour video surveilllance throughout. When you rent storage here, you can rest assured that your belongings will be safe.
Storage units range in size from 25 square feet (5×5) to 450 square feet (15×30), and we are the only climate-controlled facility in town. We also have ample outdoor parking for all vehicle storage needs. Park your extra car, boat or RV for secure storage until next time. All units are ground floor, and we offer drive-up access for easy loading and unloading.
Making Storage Easy
To help make your move-in here as easy and efficient as possible, we sell a full inventory of boxes and moving supplies onsite. Stop by our office and stock up on all the right items. Our friendly and knowledgeable storage team is happy to help and answer any questions you may have.

Take GA-11 S heading south and continue to follow into Monroe.
GA-11 becomes Broad Street.
Continue to follow S Broad Street past US-78 and E Spring St.

Take GA-11 N heading north and continue to follow into Monroe.

Take GA-83 heading west and continue to follow to GA-186.

Continue onto Pannell Rd and follow for 1.5 miles, past Monroe Walton County Airport.
Follow onto Atha Street.
Turn right onto South Broad Street.

Get on US-78 heading east and continue to follow into Monroe, past Between and the Walmart Supercenter on West Spring Street.
Take the exit for GA-11/Winder/Monroe.
Turn right onto GA-11 S/N Broad Street and follow south for 2 miles.

Since this place has switched to the new owners, it's horrible. They can't get their billing system in check, the people at the call center are rude and can't even answer a billing question properly. I just got a new house so I'm moving my stuff out ASAP but I'd use somewhere else in the future. (EDIT) The ONLY redeeming quality at this place is their office manager Mary. She is BEYOND helpful, sweet, excellent costumer service skills, if they could clone her to work in the call center they'd be great lol

There was a lot of misinformation given to us by the headquarter call line. The website advertised the first month free for the specific unit we were renting- this was not accurate (the website is designed in a way that is misleading). The man also gave us inaccurate information on the times the location was open. At the point I almost hung up convinced I had called the wrong company. Finally, he gave us inaccurate information about being able to bring and use our own lock (something we didn't realize was inaccurate until four hours of loading/moving/unloading our furniture on a day that the manager's office was closed). The local manager has been beyond great. She came and brought my husband the key to the already installed lock even though it was her day off. She has been very friendly and helpful to us, and willing to answer any and all questions. In the future, I will just likely cut out the middle man and go directly to her with any questions, issues, and assistance. I would give this company a five star review if I had just interacted with the local branch.
