Miracle Dee aka Auntie Dee have been a blessing in my life help me navigate the messes of my life going up and beyond her calling helping other I been at this storage for since 2021 I have seen different management's here but by far she is the best from listening to your life issues to giving life advice and networking you with resources to help, she a one stop soical service. Let’s start with the fact that I only needed this place for a few weeks n the fact that they had first month free really benefited me especially with the situation I was in. Other places was the same way but wanted you to pay the next month rent up front so lame. So thank you securcare. I absolutely loved the customer service! The place is also so clean and smells so good! The lady at the front desk is very clean and very sweet.. she’s so understanding and helpful and you can tell that she makes sure she does everything she can to make the customer satisfied. She’s very helpful and I would never go to any other place.

The new property manager is golden!!! She is legit. I have used this storage for about 10 years. This new company, Secure Storage has improved the quality of the storage service. They actually return calls, and they are responsive to your needs. I’m so happy!

I only used my unit for a couple of weeks but the space was very large and accommodating. The front office attend was VERY helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back if I need to store anything else.
