Very easy to start the lease. Had my items in the same day. I had two interactions with the gentleman, James, in the office and he was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional both times.

Great response time. There was a glitch in the system, long story short, Ron the owner allowed me to access my unit. By the time I was done unloading it was fixed and I got a discount for having to wait.

Today we visited store and saw Monique. She gave great customer service I would recommend your store just because of her service today

I waited approximately a month to write a review, so I can write about my experience. The manager, Ron, was super friendly and helpful. He showed me the unit upon purchase and gave a tutorial on how to utilize the storage unit since it is my first time renting one. I love how secure the facility is (no pun intended), and the flexibility as you are able to come and go as needed outside of business hours. Paying my bill was super easy as you have the leisure to pay in person, over the phone, or sign up for automatic payments.

I DID NOT END UP USING THE FACILITY AFTER BOOKING A PARKING SPOT BC I GOT A FREE ONE AT MY MOMS, BUT THE PROCESS WAS SIMPLE, BEST PRICE AROUND, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ron made the whole process of renting a unit seamless and unproblematic. He provided exceptional customer service. Thanks Ron!

Max Value is by far the best facility I've ever stored with. The unit prices are very affordable. The office employees are always helpful & friendly. The property is always kept nice & clean. I moved from another storage facility to Max Value and have been very satisfied. The people running Max Value are so pleasant and easy to work with. I specifically wanted a climate controlled unit and they offered units with outside access. This was perfect for me because my previous facility only had inside access. Being inside working in my unit alone never made me feel safe. I'm saving money with Max Value and like everything about this facility.
