The managers are good people ,however there hands are tied by the owners. I was a customer over 3 years ,I was diagnosed with cancer and had 7 chemo and 20 radiation treatments . As I struggled with my finances, bonny tried but couldn't help. I lost 10 years of personal and business paperwork not to mention many personal items. My major problem is I was promised a phone call and never received one.

I have always experienced fantastic customer service at this location. Recently, they had a system outage and they worked with me so that I was not charged a late fee for things out of either of our control. It is nice to trust my stuff to a storage facility that deals with people as individuals, not a number on a spreadsheet.

I am currently out of state and placed my "world" in the hands of SecurCare Self Storage. Days after leaving the state, I received a call that my unit was found open and secure. Rebekah contacted me right away, we talked through the potential cause using the gate code records. She verified my identity, emailed me forms to complete and worked with me to ensure that a new lock was placed on my unit and the gate code was changed. To say I am happy with the service I received does not even come close to how I feel. Rebekah and her team have put me at ease. I know that my belongings are safe, secure and the customer services was EXCEPTIONAL. SecurCare Self Storage has a customer for life.

Storage unit's look to have plenty of space and are open a little later in the evening, I think the only issue I had was when leaving the gate would not open and I had to crawl under the gate to use the code box to get out.

I am a new customer. The initial experience in leasing a storage unit and with the customer service staff was all around good. Answered any questions I had proficiently and were courteous, professional and likable. The facility looks very clean & secure which is a big plus and it's great that you have a lift and carts to assist customers. Especially helpful for me as I have an upstairs unit.

Excellent service. The storage facility is very clean, well lit and easy to get to inside the secured area. The young woman running the business was competent, helpful and definitely deserves a raise!!!

I highly recommend Secure Self Storage! They were extremely helpful when I needed another unit. They found me one right next to the first unit I rented. All my stuff was stored safe and secure. Tge staff was very friendly. Great experience!

Clean, secure,and professional. Best storage experience ever! I made my storage reservation late at night, I got a call at 8am the next day by a reservation agent. Professional and friendly service! After 5 min I had all the info I needed, unit number and access code to the facility. Upon arrival Lorena knew who I was and was expecting me, paperwork was quick and easy. She gave me more information about the site, provided convenient moving materials and made check in a breeze. The property looks great and my unit was just perfect. Not to mention first month free! This is my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.

Nice facility

Rented a storage this last weekend. Got a great deal...1/2 off the first month. Turned out the storage was too small. Went yesterday and got another...furst month rent free. Omgosh...they even have a restriom outside by the storages...and it's clean! Paid an extra 9$ on each for a 2000$ insurance.

First...my only real complaint - I do not like that I apparently have to sign into Google to write a review. It would be nice if the company would find another way. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the units I rent and the customer service I have received. I am easily confused due to TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and the staff has been very helpful and patient, especially the man who is always in the office on site when I drop in there. I'm sorry I can't remember your name, but I think you understand. ;-) The only real suggestion for improvement to the facility itself that comes to mind right away is to find a way to not have the keypad to open the gate to exit the facility as far as it is from the gate. Every time I have a leave, I have a heightened anxiety that I'm not going to make it in time, that my poor vehicle is going to sustain damage as that thing descends upon it. :-0 It hasn't happened, but I still get nervous. This is the first facility I've rented from that had such a distance between the two.
