As a Store Manager or Relief Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your assigned stores. Your responsibilities will include managing and achieving success in areas of financial performance, maintaining a good physical appearance of your assigned stores, and conducting audits and lock checks of your locations. In addition, you will also have opportunity to market your facility to the local public to build brand awareness in your area. Our Store Managers strive for excellence in areas of customer service, achieving sales goals and maintaining a clean and professional appearance of their facility. As a Maintenance staff member, you are considered someone who is a general handy-person and understands the general knowledge and experience required for this role. The Maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining a good physical appearance for their assigned stores. They work together with their Supervisor to make sure that safety issues are addressed and that their assigned stores are in good condition. In addition, they may be required to clean, mow, weed, blow leaves and clear debris from the properties. Occasionally, our Maintenance staff may be responsible for acquiring bids and overseeing jobs that are out of the scope of the normal Maintenance role. As a member of our Call Center staff you are directly responsible for offering exceptional customer service and assisting the needs of our new and existing customers. Our Call Center Agents demonstrate and are responsible for areas of success in telephone, face-to-face, on and off-site marketing, business to business relationships and written correspondence and collection processing. The success of our business is based on outstanding customer service. We take pride in the training and support that we provide our staff and look forward to hearing from you!
